We’re seeking a proactive Assistant Property & Facilities Manager to support the day to day management of a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial buildings in Adelaide. This is a hands on role suited to someone with experience in commercial property and knowledge of facilities operations who enjoys working closely with tenants, contractors, and senior managers to deliver safe, compliant, and high quality building environments. You will provide integrated support across property management, lease administration, and facilities operations.
The Opportunity
- Supporting the day to day management of multi tenant commercial and industrial buildings
- Assisting with budgets, operating expenses, invoices, and financial reporting
- Managing lease administration, tenancy schedules, rent reviews and critical dates
- Coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance across base building services
- Conducting building inspections and managing work orders
- Supporting WHS, essential services, and contractor compliance
- Acting as a key contact for tenant requests and operational issues
About You
- Experience in commercial property management, facilities management, or building operations
- A working knowledge of base building services and systems
- An understanding of commercial leases and tenant obligations
- Knowledge of WHS and statutory building compliance
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
