What We Are Looking For

• Proven expertise in designing complex, enterprise-grade semantic models and high-performing Power BI dashboards.
• Passion for mentoring, coaching, and upskilling permanent staff to foster long-term internal capability.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts (specifically gold layer/curated data structures) and the ability to articulate business requirements into technical data specifications.
• Prior experience working within healthcare or complex public sector environments is highly regarded, though not essential.
