About The Role
As a Project Manager within our Heritage Services team, you will take on a key leadership role delivering one-off, custom projects with a strong focus on quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.

Working closely with clients, consultants, architects, trades, and suppliers, you will build strong relationships while managing projects end-to-end, from commencement through to successful handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead your project team to deliver works on time, on budget and to the highest standards
- Oversee day-to-day project management and ensure compliance with HSEQ plans and processes
- Monitor budgets, schedules and construction programs across multiple projects
- Work closely with Estimators to ensure pricing is competitive and accurate
- Liaise regularly with clients, consultants, and subcontractors-upholding a high standard of communication and service
- Prepare project documentation including inductions, safety documents and progress reports
- Foster a positive, solutions-focused team environment and support a culture of continuous improvement
About You
We're looking for someone who is not only technically capable, but who is also highly organised, personable, and thrives on communication. You'll bring energy, accountability, and a passion for delivering great results.
Ideal Candidates Will
- Have 2+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction in projects up to $5M in value, or a relevant background
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Building, Construction Management, Architecture, Design or relevant industry experience
- Experience in Heritage conversation projects or a passion to learn
- Be confident managing multiple stakeholders with clear, professional communication
- Be organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Be able to implement systems and best practice in a dynamic work environment
- Hold a current driver's licence
- Be able to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
