About the role

As Account Manager at Chello, you're the bridge between our clients and our creative teams. You'll own the day-to-day management of client projects from scoping and quoting through to delivery and invoicing — keeping everything on time, on budget and true to the brief.

You'll work closely with our Account Directors, Producers, Strategy and Creative teams to deliver strategy, brand expression projects, video/motion, and integrated campaigns. You’ll spot opportunities to grow existing accounts. You'll also contribute to new business, bringing professionalism and curiosity to every conversation.

Experience

• Proven experience in a Senior Account Executive or Junior Account Manager role, within a creative agency
• A track record of end-to-end project management — from brief to delivery
• Sharp scoping and quoting skills, with a close eye on budget
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication
• A proactive, solutions-first mindset — you don't wait to be asked

Skills

• Running multiple projects and clients simultaneously without dropping the ball
• Building client relationships and becoming a trusted day-to-day contact
