What you will do

We are looking for a Strategy & Transformation Business Partner to join the Wesfarmers Health team. Reporting to the Senior Strategy Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering strategic projects and shaping the future direction of our business.

This role combines analytical rigour with commercial thinking and stakeholder engagement. You will work across the full breadth of strategy and transformation, partnering with stakeholders at all levels to solve complex problems and translate strategy into execution.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the identification and resolution of key opportunities through structured analysis, synthesis and iteration
  • Manage smaller independent projects and deliver multiple workstreams within larger strategic initiatives
  • Develop actionable plans alongside business unit owners to translate strategy into execution
  • Monitor market trends to identify competitive threats and new business opportunities
  • Partner with the business development team to evaluate attractive markets and potential targets
  • Contribute to the annual Corporate Planning process, including industry analysis and business plans for strategic initiatives
  • Support initiative owners with analysis, business case development and strategy execution

What you will bring

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in investment banking, strategy consulting or corporate development
  • Ideally previous experience in consumer or healthcare sectors
  • A track record of providing high-quality commercial advice to senior management
  • The ability to apply critical thinking across both strategy and value creation initiatives
  • Experience drawing insights from multiple data sources to identify key opportunities
  • High learning orientation and the agility to work with stakeholders across a broad range of topics
