Adaptalift Group has been appointed as a major national dealer for JCB construction, agricultural and industrial equipment in Australia, combining our national service network with JCB’s globally recognised product range to maximise machine uptime.
Due to this exciting growth, we are seeking a Field Service Technician based out of Seven Hills, NSW working predominantly on JCB equipment.
About The Role
This is a dynamic field-based role where you’ll be delivering high-quality service, breakdown support, fault finding and preventative maintenance on JCB machinery across the region.
You’ll be supported by our national coordination team and experienced supervisors, equipped with modern tools and mobile technology to efficiently manage your day. Approximately 90% of your time will be spent on customer sites.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnosing and resolving breakdowns in the field
- Performing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
- Conducting fault finding across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
- Working directly with customers to deliver safe and professional service
- Collaborating with internal technical teams on complex repairs
- Representing the business professionally across customer sites

About You
- Mechanical Trade Certificate (all mechanical trades considered)
- Experience working on fixed or mobile plant, construction, agricultural or automotive equipment
- Previous JCB or OEM equipment experience desirable
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Commitment to safe work practices and good communication skills
- Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening
- Full working rights in Australia
