Executive Assistant - Assets & Operations

Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with exceptional administrative and communication skills?

Council is seeking an Executive Assistant within the Assets & Operations directorate, to provide high-level support to the Director and associated business units. This role is integral to the smooth coordination of directorate operations, including executive administration, stakeholder liaison and operational projects within a fast-paced local government environment.

YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)

  • A weekly salary between $1,615 – $1,818 dependent upon skills and experience, plus 12% superannuation
  • Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 35-hour working week
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements under Council’s Flex First Procedure including access to an individualised hour agreement
  • Access to 3 weeks sick leave per year, cumulative where unused
