What this job involves

We are seeking an Retail Manager to join our retail centre in Brisbane! The Retail Manager is overall responsible for administrative support to the Centre Management Team and Lease Administration for the Centre.

A snapshot of the role

Responsible for maintaining all Lease Registers/Tenancy Schedules for the Centre.

Responsible for the overall co-ordination of the entire Lease Administration process. Liaising with the relevant personnel involved in the process (Leasing Executive, Centre Manager, Operations Manager).

Responsible for the overall co-ordination and processing of all Lease Assignments.

Ensure all Lease Setup/Modification requests are entered in CALA in a timely manner

Minimise and control aged and current debt by adhering to JLL and the Client’s collection procedure and developing good communication flow with all retailers.

Demonstrate energy, effort and enthusiasm for tasks, encouraging other to do the same.

Work collaboratively with the Finance Manager to ensure the Centre meets all requirements set down under relevant legislation for Trust Accounting receipting of funds.

First point of contact for all Retailer and Supplier administration queries.

Highly organised with an ability to prioritise workload.

Computer literacy and IT knowledge to an intermediate level.

Seeks to support the performance of the Centre and Centre Management team by providing insight on key issues.

A minimum of three-years centre administration or other transferrable experience.

Previous experience within a retail environment would be beneficial.

Previous experience in budgeting and forecasting would be beneficial.
