Senior Project Manager, Melbourne

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leads project delivery, coordinating internal teams, consultants, and contractors to achieve defined objectives and milestones.
• Establishes and manages project scope, programmes, budgets, and risks from inception through to completion.
• Promotes a strong safety culture, embedding Mace’s HSW framework and visible leadership behaviours.
• Procures and manages design and consultant teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Drives stakeholder engagement, ensuring quality, compliance, and clear communication across all phases.
• Oversees change control, reporting, and handover, supporting strategic priorities and continuous improvement.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree or equivalent, with relevant professional certification (e.g. MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS).
• Proven project management experience delivering medium or complex construction projects.
• Strong stakeholder, communication, and commercial management capabilities across project lifecycles.
• Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, HSE standards, and project controls, including planning, procurement, and reporting.
