Demolition Foreman

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced

Demolition Foreman for our client working on demolition and civil construction projects based in Jimboomba, QLD.

This role will suit a hands-on Demolition Foreman with strong experience delivering demolition and civil construction projects, ideally within industrial, utilities, water infrastructure, or heavy construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day demolition activities onsite
• Lead crews and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery
• Monitor project progress and maintain productivity targets
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and enforce WHS compliance
• Coordinate plant, equipment and site resources
• Ensure works are completed to quality and project requirements
• Liaise with site management and stakeholders regarding delivery outcomes
• Maintain site documentation and reporting as required

Our Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working as a Demolition Foreman or Site Supervisor
• Strong understanding of demolition methodologies and site safety requirements
• Experience managing crews in fast-paced construction environments
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and site documentation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• White Card and current Driver’s Licence
• Relevant tickets and demolition experience highly regarded
