Demolition Foreman

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced
Demolition Foreman for our client working on demolition and civil construction projects based in Jimboomba, QLD.
This role will suit a hands-on Demolition Foreman with strong experience delivering demolition and civil construction projects, ideally within industrial, utilities, water infrastructure, or heavy construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day demolition activities onsite
- Lead crews and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery
- Monitor project progress and maintain productivity targets
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and enforce WHS compliance
- Coordinate plant, equipment and site resources
- Ensure works are completed to quality and project requirements
- Liaise with site management and stakeholders regarding delivery outcomes
- Maintain site documentation and reporting as required
Our Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working as a Demolition Foreman or Site Supervisor
- Strong understanding of demolition methodologies and site safety requirements
- Experience managing crews in fast-paced construction environments
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and site documentation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- White Card and current Driver’s Licence
- Relevant tickets and demolition experience highly regarded
