About The Opportunity

We are currently hiring for a global technology and engineering services organisation delivering large-scale digital transformation programs for enterprise clients across utilities, telecommunications, transportation, healthcare, industrial, and energy sectors.

Due to continued project growth, our client is looking to engage experienced IFS FSM professionals to join their expanding consulting and implementation practice in Australia. This is an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Field Service Management initiatives, helping organisations modernize operations, improve service delivery, and drive business transformation through innovative IFS solutions.

You'll collaborate with global delivery teams, architects, and business stakeholders on complex, high-impact programs across multiple regions.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical consultants to deliver scalable and efficient Field Service Management solutions using IFS technologies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the design and delivery of enterprise-grade IFS FSM solutions
• Configuring and enhancing FSM applications, workflows, integrations, and business rules
• Participating in architecture discussions and providing technical leadership during implementations
• Developing and supporting integrations with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and IFS integration tools
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Driving system optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements
• Ensuring solutions align with best practices, governance standards, and performance expectations
• Producing technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment artefacts
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives

Essential Experience

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience working with IFS solutions across implementation, development, or support environments
• Strong hands-on experience within IFS Field Service Management (FSM)
• IFS Connect
• PL/SQL
• IFS APIs (REST/SOAP)
• IFS Development Studio
• Integrations and mobile capabilities
• Proven experience delivering at least two end-to-end IFS FSM implementations
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture and scalable solution design
• Experience working within Utilities or related asset-intensive industries
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Have

• IFS FSM certifications
• Experience with IFS mobile solutions
• Exposure to IFS Aurena development
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with legacy scheduling/workforce management tools such as ClickSoftware
