Role Description

As Principal Environmental Consultant, you'll take real ownership of complex projects across contaminated land, hazardous materials, and environmental compliance. You'll lead and mentor a growing environmental team, drive business development, manage key client relationships, and help shape where this business goes next.

This isn't another seat-warmer role. This is for someone who wants influence, autonomy, and the chance to build something they're proud of.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years experience in contaminated land management and/or environmental consultancy
• Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering or related field
• Proven ability to lead and deliver projects from initiation through to validation and sign-off
• Experience managing and mentoring junior, mid-level and senior staff
• Strong client relationship and business development skills
• High level proficiency in preparing and reviewing technical reports
