A fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Security Delivery Lead to lead the end-to-end delivery of managed cyber security services for a major utilities client. This role sits at the intersection of technical leadership, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement, ideal for someone who thrives in complex, regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead governance and delivery of cyber security operations services
  • Own SLAs, KPIs, OLAs and service quality across onshore and offshore teams
  • Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly service and performance reviews
  • Act as escalation point and Incident Commander for major cyber incidents
  • Coordinate response across IT, OT, Legal, Communications, and Executives
  • Drive continuous improvement across detection, response, tooling, and automation
  • Communicate risks, incidents, and performance in clear, executive‑ready language
  • Ensure audit readiness and alignment with regulatory obligations

Key Skills

  • Leadership experience in managed security services environments
  • Strong understanding of security operations and incident response
  • Experience in utilities or critical infrastructure environments
  • Working knowledge of SOCI Act compliance and audit expectations
  • Familiarity with technologies such as SIEM, EDR, NDR, and OT monitoring
  • Exposure to tools including Cisco or Fortinet firewalls, Netskope, Proofpoint, Qualys, Microsoft Defender, and Claroty
  • Confident stakeholder engagement from technical teams through to executives
  • Ability to lead under pressure and manage complex, high‑severity incidents
