With your skills and experience, you can contribute to the millions of ways we're enriching health, and develop your career as part of the largest health organisation in Australia.

Achieve Something Great

Be part of a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment where your administrative expertise directly contributes to patient care and clinical excellence. As a full-time Secretary within the Obstetrics & Gynaecology Department at Campbelltown Hospital, you will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Director and a highly skilled medical team. In this role, you will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and prepare accurate correspondence and minutes, while supporting the department’s clinical, managerial, academic, and research priorities. Working closely with both junior and senior medical staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of medical workforce activities. This Monday to Friday position offers stability and the opportunity to grow your career within a collaborative team that values work-life balance and professional development.

Are You the Right Fit?

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys supporting diverse stakeholders. You will bring proven experience in high-volume administrative or secretarial roles, ideally within a hospital setting, along with a strong understanding of medical workforce structures. Your exceptional organisational skills will enable you to manage competing priorities effectively, while your attention to detail ensures accuracy in typing, document preparation, and record management. As a confident communicator, you will engage with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior clinicians and junior staff. If you are self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support that enables clinical teams to achieve their objectives, this role is an excellent opportunity for you.
