The opportunity

This is a trusted business partner role where you will work closely with operational and leadership teams across a broad range of Human Resources and Industrial Relations matters.

You will provide practical advice, guidance, and support to leaders while helping maintain a positive, high performing workplace culture. The role offers a balance of strategic influence and hands on involvement, allowing you to contribute to both day to day employee matters and broader organisational initiatives.

With Industrial Relations continuing to evolve across the Australian employment landscape, this position will play an important role in supporting compliance, managing risk, and ensuring leaders have access to timely, commercially sound advice.
