About the Role: Make a meaningful impact in community mental health by joining Adult Community Mental Health Services (ACMHS) Intake Services. In this role, you will support adults experiencing moderate to severe mental illness through responsive, evidence-based care, working collaboratively with carers and key stakeholders to promote recovery.

As part of a dynamic team including HAART and the innovative PACER tri-service model, you will deliver acute assessments, crisis intervention, and community-based treatment aimed at safe hospital diversion. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside Police and Ambulance services in a highly rewarding, fast-paced environment.
