About the Role
Due to our expanding class action base, we are seeking to recruit experienced and dynamic lawyers capable of overseeing matters and directing junior staff as required. Ideally, applicants will be located in Adelaide or be willing to relocate.
The roles on offer are at a Senior Associate/ Special Counsel level and would best suit applicants looking to join a supportive firm that will assist in growing their own practice and working towards a Principal position. This is a strong opportunity for someone seeking to further their legal career.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- Admission to practice in an Australian jurisdiction
- 3 to 8 years’ PAE in private practice
- A background in litigation in the Federal Court
- Experience overseeing large files
- Ability to adapt to an evolving scope of work
- Confidence in dealing with clients and third-party stakeholders
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to organically develop their own client base
- A “can do”, results-driven attitude
Duties Will Include
- Working on large litigation files in a team environment
- Liaising with clients and third-party stakeholders
- Preparing court documents
- Drafting correspondence and documents in the course of litigation
- Briefing and liaising with Counsel and litigation funders
- Working collaboratively to develop strategic direction
Whilst employment law or class action experience is desirable, it is not essential. Project management experience and experience managing a small team are also desirable.
