You’ll be welcomed with a comprehensive Mental Health Service Orientation and ongoing in-service as well as support from senior clinicians, the clinical coordinator and service manager to help you thrive in your role. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of contemporary mental health service delivery, including intake, shared care models, and family-inclusive practice. You’ll be confident in navigating complex situations, building positive therapeutic relationships, and communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders.
