We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help shape the future of our workforce at City of Ryde.

In this role, you’ll deliver end-to-end recruitment services across both business-as-usual roles and contingent workforce needs. You’ll work closely with Hiring Managers to design effective hiring strategies, source great talent, and ensure a smooth, compliant, and positive experience for every candidate.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing recruitment from briefing through to offer
  • Advising Hiring Managers on sourcing and market insights
  • Building strong relationships across the business
  • Making sure processes are smooth, fair, and compliant
  • Supporting agency/temporary hiring and onboarding

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Great stakeholder skills and a proactive mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach
  • Preferably bring experience hiring for a mix of blue-collar and professional roles.

What you'lll need

  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with sound knowledge of relevant employment legislation, awards, and industrial instruments.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply Awards, enterprise agreements, and legislative provisions, supported by strong research and analytical skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, with effective time management and prioritisation skills, and the flexibility to meet changing business and stakeholder demands.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a professional, customer‑focused manner.
  • Well‑developed problem‑solving skills, with the capacity to independently address recruitment challenges, consult with diverse stakeholders, and deliver positive outcomes.

Your commencing annual salary will range from $90,631.34 - $107,492.98 + Superannuation, dependent on your experience and qualifications.
