STAR Injury Management Services is expanding our Albany team and is seeking an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Registered Psychologist or Registered Nurse who want to apply their expertise in a flexible consulting environment working with employers, insurers, brokers and injured workers.

About the Role
You will manage a caseload of workplace rehabilitation cases across several insurance schemes.
The role includes:
- Planning and coordinating workplace rehabilitation activities,
- Developing safe and sustainable return-to-work plans,
- Conducting workplace & vocational assessments,
- Identifying barriers to recovery,
- Working closely with employers, insurers, brokers, treating parties and injured workers,
- Delivering holistic and client-centred rehabilitation services.
About You
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Registered Psychology or Registered Nursing and current registration (AHPRA) or in qualification in Exercise Physiology with current ESSA registration.
- Current drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Self-motivated and adaptable individual.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based services.
