In this role, you'll:
Lead the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects and programs across the Major Works portfolio within Engineering & Maintenance.
You will be responsibe for coordinating critical junction asset renewal, operational improvement, network Resignalling and remodelling projects, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic operational objectives, safety requirements, commercial outcomes, and program milestones.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary project delivery teams across complex programs of work
- Managing program governance, delivery strategy, risk, and change management activities
- Overseeing contractor performance, commercial management, and stakeholder engagement across internal and external interfaces
- Supporting operational readiness and integration outcomes across engineering and maintenance environments
- Driving collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery assurance across work streams

About You
You will have proven experience delivering medium to large scale infrastructure or rail programs in complex operational environments:
- Strong program and contract management capability with high-level commercial acumen
- Leadership experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and influencing outcomes without direct authority
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strategic thinking and the ability to lead through ambiguity, change, and competing priorities
- Strong governance and risk management capability
Experience in signalling, control systems, and digital rail technologies is desirable.
This position suits a credible and outcome focused leader with the ability to drive major infrastructure outcomes while building strong professional relationships across project, operational, and executive stakeholders.
A territory qualification in a relevant function is essential.
