Anteck Industries is a fast-growing Australian supplier of materials handling equipment used by supermarkets, logistics providers, cold chain operators, healthcare groups and commercial laundries across Australia.

We’re building a strong national presence and are looking for a driven Sales Rep / Business Development professional to help us open doors, win new customers and grow market share.

This is not a passive account management role - We want someone who enjoys the chase, knows how to identify decision-makers, and can turn opportunities into long-term customers.

The Opportunity

Based from our Coomera office, you’ll be responsible for generating and converting new business opportunities across multiple industries throughout South East Queensland and beyond.

This role suits someone who:

  • Can identify the right contact within an organisation
  • Is confident prospecting and following opportunities through
  • Wants to directly influence their earnings and career growth

You’ll have the backing of a supportive management team, quality products, strong existing industry relationships, and the freedom to build your territory properly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
  • Identifying key decision-makers within target industries
  • Conducting customer visits and product demonstrations
  • Building relationships with operations, logistics and procurement teams
  • Following up leads and converting opportunities into sales
  • Managing your own pipeline and sales activity
  • Working closely with management on sales strategy and market opportunities
  • Representing Anteck Industries professionally in the field

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need materials handling experience — but you do need sales drive, persistence and strong communication skills.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous B2B sales or business development experience
  • Is confident speaking with business owners and managers
  • Can think laterally and take a solution-based approach to selling (not just transactional selling)
  • Is able to identify opportunities others miss and tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Is proactive and can self-manage
  • Understands how to build and progress a sales pipeline

Experience selling into industries such as logistics, warehousing, industrial supply, healthcare, supermarkets or commercial operations will be highly regarded.
