WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing property campaigns from appraisal through to settlement.

You will:

  • Prospect for new business opportunities through calls, networking, and relationship building
  • Conduct listing presentations and market appraisals
  • Manage buyer and vendor relationships throughout campaigns
  • Negotiate residential property sales
  • Conduct open homes and private inspections
  • Build and maintain a strong database and referral network
  • Follow up leads and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams
  • Continue growing your market presence and personal brand

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…..

  • Previous experience within residential real estate sales
  • Certificate of Registration, Class 2, or Class 1 Licence (NSW)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence with prospecting and lead generation activities
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Professional presentation and client management capability
  • Strong work ethic and motivation to grow within the industry
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

IT’S NICE TO HAVE….

  • Existing database or local market presence
  • Experience managing property campaigns independently
  • Strong social media or personal branding capability
  • Experience within high-volume or premium residential markets
