In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your compliance expertise across a varied and rewarding portfolio of work. From investigating and analysing breaches to reviewing marketing material for compliance sign-off, you’ll play an important part in helping the organisation operate effectively, efficiently, and in line with its regulatory obligations.

This full-time role is based on a 38-hour week, with the ideal applicant located at our Townsville Head Office.

About You

To be eligible to apply for this position you must demonstrate the following:

  • A sound knowledge and understanding of financial services compliance obligations
  • Ability to gain an understanding of how to interpret compliance obligations and documentation
  • Ability to research information for the purposes of investigating cases including accessing information on government registers (including ATO, ASIC, ORIC)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse data
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Previous experience or exposure in a similar role and financial industry experience (desirable)
  • Relevant university qualifications (desirable)
