Are you an experienced VET professional passionate about shaping the next generation of industry leaders? To support our expanding scope and student community, we are seeking qualified, dedicated, and inspiring Trainers and Assessors to join our team.

We are currently recruiting across the following specialisations:

  • Early Childhood Education and Care (Childcare)
  • Individual Support & Ageing / Disability Care
  • Community Services
  • Business & Management
  • NAATI Interpreting and Translating Courses

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, student-centric training and assessment in accordance with ASQA standards and training package requirements.
  • Provide high-quality support and constructive feedback to students to ensure successful competency outcomes.
  • Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date student progression records and attendance logs.
  • Maintain currency in your industry sector and VET professional development.

What We Are Looking For (Selection Criteria):

To be successful in this role, you must hold and demonstrate:

  • TAE40116 / TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher).
  • The relevant vocational qualification (at or above the level being taught) for your chosen discipline.
  • For NAATI courses: Broad industry experience in translation/interpreting and relevant professional credentials.
  • Current and verifiable industry currency (minimum 2+ years of recent professional experience in the relevant sector).
  • A strong understanding of the VET sector, compliance requirements, and standards for RTOs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and digital literacy skills.
