We are now looking to expand our bench with a financial services lawyer with experience in debt capital markets who is immediately available for a short-term secondment.

As a capital markets lawyer, you also need to possess:

• Minimum 8 PQE in-house or within a law firm
• Experience on advising a wide variety of debt capital markets transactions (e.g. bond issuances, securitisation and asset-backed financing structures)
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents
• Experience in supporting transaction management from inception through to closing
• Experience in providing guidance on regulatory requirements, disclosure obligations, and listing rules
• Previous experience in the financial services sector
