The Opportunity

• Deliver complex structural projects across commercial, mixed-use, education, retail, and major infrastructure-related developments
• Exposure to high-profile Olympic-linked projects and landmark Brisbane developments
• Manage and mentor a small team of engineers and drafters
• Strong involvement in project delivery, technical problem-solving, and client coordination
• Collaborative team environment with respected senior leadership

• Balance between hands-on technical engineering and project management responsibilities

Ideal Background

• Around 6-10+ years structural consulting experience within Australia
• Strong technical capability across reinforced concrete, steel, and building structures
• ETABS and RAPT experience highly regarded
• Exposure to software such as SpaceGass, RAM Concept, SAFE, or similar advantageous
• Previous experience mentoring junior engineers or leading smaller teams
• Site experience and practical construction understanding highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing project priorities
• CPEng or progressing toward chartership viewed favourably
