Enterprise Change Manager

This is a senior change enablement role for someone who knows how to make change delivery consistent across a whole organisation, not just run one project.
We are looking for a Change Management Lead to own and operationalise an enterprise change management framework. You will be the custodian of the methodology, tools, governance and capability, working across People and Culture, PMO, IT and Risk to prioritise and sequence change, uplift change maturity, and provide decision-ready insights to executive governance forums.
What you will be doing
- Own and improve the enterprise change framework, standards, templates and toolkit
- Design and run change governance, prioritisation and portfolio visibility
- Embed change into PMO, IT delivery and risk frameworks (ISO aligned)
- Build change capability through training, workshops, coaching and communities of practice
- Develop change reporting and dashboards for executive forums
What we are looking for
- Extensive experience leading and enabling change in complex operational environments
- Strong experience with change governance, prioritisation and exec reporting
- Proven ability to integrate change into PMO, IT and risk, not operate in a silo
- Formal change certification (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent)
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder influence and practical mindset
- Experience in asset intensive, safety critical or regulated environments is a strong advantage
