The Opportunity

Consolidated Power Projects Australia (CPP) is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our expanding team, supporting the delivery of critical infrastructure energy projects.

This role is focused on subcontract administration support. You’ll play a key role in maintaining contract documentation, managing notices and claims, and ensuring registers are accurate and up to date across the project lifecycle.

Unlike traditional client-facing roles, this position is heavily embedded within project delivery teams, supporting our civil business unit and helping drive strong commercial discipline. You’ll also be paired with an experienced legal and commercial team, providing mentorship and exposure to broader contractual and legal processes.

About You

Desired Skills and Experience

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Possess

  • Proven experience in contract administration within civil construction, infrastructure, or similar project environments
  • Strong ability to interpret contracts and subcontracts, with a solid understanding of the application of commercial processes
  • Experience supporting subcontract administration, including notices, claims, and maintaining registers
  • High attention to detail and disciplined approach to document management and compliance
  • Working knowledge of Security of Payment requirements and project-based commercial obligations
  • Confidence working with Project Managers and operational teams to instill and maintain standardised, repeatable contract processes and compliance
