Construction Project Manager

PERSOL have partnered with a leading WA construction and landscaping organisation seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager. Working closely with site teams, clients and subcontractors, you'll deliver commercial landscape projects across WA.

• Hands-on role with site involvement
• Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 + Super

A leading WA construction and landscaping organisation delivering commercial landscape and external works projects across Western Australia. With projects valued up to $5 million, the business has built a reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes and innovative green solutions.

About the Role

Projects include commercial landscaping, public open space, streetscapes, external works, irrigation and green infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on role combining project management, stakeholder engagement and regular site involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and deliver projects to scope, programme and budget.
• Lead and support Site Supervisors, site teams and subcontractors.
• Manage project resources, procurement, variations and reporting.
• Maintain safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
• Oversee project handovers, defect management and project close-out.

About You

• Previous Project Management, Senior Supervisor or Construction Management experience within construction.
• Experience managing budgets, programmes and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
• Experience delivering landscape, civil, external works, land development or commercial construction projects highly regarded.
• Knowledge of hard and soft landscaping, horticulture or related construction disciplines.
