As a Sales Associate, you'll work directly alongside a top-performing Director in a fast-paced, high-end real estate environment. You'll gain hands-on experience across the full sales process, build relationships with affluent clients and develop the skills to step out as a standalone agent.

You'll be working alongside a highly awarded Director and Selling Principal with over a decade of success in Brisbane's elite property market. Their hands-on mentorship will give you the tools, knowledge and confidence to accelerate your career and become a top-performing agent in your own right.

You might come from

• Real estate (sales, property management or admin roles)
• Business development or client relationship roles in the property space
• Property development or project marketing
• High-end retail, luxury automotive or premium sales environments
• Communications, marketing or media

What we're looking for

• A natural communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Someone who takes pride in their presentation and has an eye for detail
• High energy, emotionally intelligent and able to handle pressure with resilience
• Passionate about real estate with a genuine drive to build something long-term
• Current QLD Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
• Real Estate Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
