WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As an AM, you will manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, overseeing day-to-day delivery of integrated campaigns across brand, digital, print and communications.

You will build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth while managing expectations and ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.

You will be responsible for quoting, budgeting, scheduling, briefing internal teams, coordinating jobs, and ensuring all work is delivered accurately and on time across multiple stakeholders.

You will work closely with Account Directors, creative, strategy, and production teams to translate client needs into clear briefs and ensure smooth delivery across all campaign activity.

You will also manage production workflows across print and digital, ensuring quality control, consistency, and alignment with client objectives.

YOU WILL NEED

  • 3+ years experience in an agency account service or client management within an agency
  • Strong experience managing client relationships and multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience across integrated campaigns including brand, digital, and print
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, quoting, and project coordination
  • Experience working with production workflows (print and digital)
  • Ability to manage deadlines, stakeholders, and competing priorities under pressure
  • Strong communication, organisation, and relationship management skills
  • Business acumen with ability to identify and support account growth opportunities
