• Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships.
• Conduct business process mapping and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support solution design, testing, and delivery.

Skills & Experience

• Proven BA experience in payments or financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Skilled in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience with business process mapping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
