Our client is a leading energy retailer and one of Australia’s largest providers. They play a significant role in the country’s decarbonisation journey, with a growing focus on cleaner and greener energy alternatives. Currently, they stand at the forefront of the nation’s clean energy transition.
The business is looking to recruit a Campaign Manager for an initial 14-month contract. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role will play a key part in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, customer retention, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across ATL, digital, print, email, social media, eDM, and other relevant channels.
- Define campaign strategy, objectives, target audiences, messaging, and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and implement tailored and targeted tactical acquisition and retention campaigns ensuring continual optimisation across all channels.
- Work closely with creative and media agencies to develop engaging content, visuals, and messaging.
- Utilise marketing automation platforms to execute personalised and scalable campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Key Skills/Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience relevant to requirements of the role.
- Degree qualitied in relevant discipline.
- Experience in using customer data platforms, marketing automation, and digital media optimisation tools.
- Experienced in managing and collaborating with external partners for consistent campaign delivery, creative execution, and performance metrics.
- Experienced in planning, developing, implementing marketing activities across multiple channels; as well as communications.
