Customer Success Manager | Sydney
Smart Talent Group is partnering with a growing executive events and advisory business to appoint an associate-level Customer Success Manager.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, creating thoughtful customer experiences and working closely with senior business leaders.
You will be supporting a highly engaged executive community across premium events, private roundtables and leadership programs. The role is ideal for someone who is organised, confident on the phone, commercially aware and genuinely enjoys helping people get the most out of an experience.
The role will involve
- Managing relationships with event attendees and executive community members
- Running preparation calls and personalised communications
- Supporting executives before, during and after events
- Working closely with internal sales, marketing and event teams
- Tracking engagement through CRM systems
- Identifying opportunities to improve the attendee journey
To be successful, you will bring
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- High attention to detail and organisation
- A proactive, people-first approach
- Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
- A genuine interest in customer success, events and business communities
- Previous experience in events, account management, customer success, sales support or client service highly regarded
