A dynamic managed service provider specialising in Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud infrastructure solutions is looking for a highly motivated, hunter-style Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Up to $130,000 base + Super + Uncapped Commission

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Aggressively prospect and generate new business opportunities across Microsoft 365, Azure, and managed IT services
  • Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and industry events
  • Qualify leads and develop customised proposals that align technology solutions with client needs
  • Drive negotiations and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth handover and client onboarding
  • Maintain detailed CRM records and provide regular pipeline and forecast updates

YOU NEED TO HAVE…

  • Proven success as a hunter in B2B technology sales, ideally within MSP or cloud services
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity offerings
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a confident, consultative approach
  • Self-driven with a strong desire to exceed targets and earn high commissions
  • Experience managing your sales funnel and CRM tools effectively

IT'S NICE TO HAVE…

  • Technical knowledge or certifications in Microsoft cloud technologies
  • Previous MSP or managed services sales experience
