The Role

Guidera O’Connor is looking for a proactive and personable Office Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll be the face of our Bibra Lake office, helping create a welcoming, organised, and positive workplace environment.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Managing front desk and reception activities, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and staff
  • Coordinating daily office operations, supplies, facilities, and office events
  • Planning and coordinating daily staff lunches, catering, and monthly celebrations
  • Liaising with food vendors, manage orders, and maintain kitchen supplies and cleanliness
  • Providing administrative support including travel bookings, record keeping, and project administration
  • Supporting a smooth, efficient, and collaborative office environment

About You

  • You are organised, approachable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also bring:
  • Previous administration or office coordination experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Initiative, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude
  • Alignment with our guiding principles of Care, Integrity, Passion, Respect, and Future
