Requirements

Role Overview

Business Consultant with strong domain expertise in border management systems, responsible for functional consulting, requirement analysis, and supporting solution design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and contribute to solution design documents
• Translate requirements into user stories and manage backlog in ADO
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams
• Perform estimation using industry-standard techniques (e.g., Function Point)
• Support schema design and interface documentation (ICD)
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and release documentation
• Conduct functional test case reviews and ensure alignment with business needs
• Provide functional support to development and QA teams
• Analyse risks and ensure delivery alignment

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of BA experience with strong domain knowledge
• Experience with PNR, DCS, APP, APIS messaging formats
• Strong understanding of border/security domain and risk rules
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Knowledge of XML and interface design
• Experience in Agile delivery environments

Skill Required: Domain should be

Borders and Travels (travel and airlines)
