The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Asset Finance Broker to join our Team. In this role, you’ll work closely with brokers, lenders, vendors, and clients to structure and deliver finance solutions across a wide range of assets. You’ll be supported by a highly skilled team of Brokers and Admin staff, plus access to marketing and quality leads—so you can focus on building relationships and growing your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong internal and external referral relationships to drive client enquiries
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through accurate, efficient end-to-end submissions
- Manage applications from lodgment through to settlement, ensuring compliance and quality
- Work collaboratively with brokers, lenders, and vendors to progress deals smoothly
- Consistently exceed sales targets while maintaining Muse’s 5-star reputation (Google reviews)

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in asset finance broking.
- Must hold a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of asset finance products (chattel mortgages, leases, hire purchases, etc.).
- Existing relationships with lenders and a solid track record of settlements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- MFAA/FBAA accreditation preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
