Organisational Wellbeing at CFA: Organisational Wellbeing sits within the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Directorate and is focused on the strategic direction, support, advice and service of psychological health and safety for members. This includes the provision of wellbeing services (Peer Support, Chaplaincy and Psychological/Counselling support), and case management/coaching support for a range of issues impacting the psychological health and wellbeing of members. About the Role This is a rewarding and meaningful role for an energetic individual with experience in the mental health field. Working within the Organisational Wellbeing Team, you will be involved in supporting senior leaders and members' psychological health and wellbeing with a strong focus on the provision of expert mental health management advice and prevention strategies. This position works across various locations including; Kangaroo Flat, Swan Hill and Kerang. You will be located at the Kangaroo Flat district office. You must be prepared for remote work, overnight stays and after hours work at times. A CFA vehicle will be provided to the successful applicant and a 5% availability allowance for all on-call roster duties. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders to manage a range of wellbeing and mental health issues
- Assessment, referral and short-term support for volunteers and staff in relation to their mental health and wellbeing
- Deliver face to face and virtual training and education
- Develop and deliver a range of proactive strategies and services aimed at improving organisational and member mental health and wellbeing
