Programs are individually tailored to the needs of each student, offering remediation, consolidation and extension learning in numeracy and literacy from kindergarten through to college.

What you will be doing
Tutoring Maths and/or English to small groups of 3–4 students per session
Teaching students using the Kip McGrath methodology
Supporting primary and/or high school students in a positive, caring manner to promote confidence, self-esteem, and academic growth
Using our state-of-the-art software to plan and deliver lessons — saving you valuable prep time
Building strong rapport and maintaining positive relationships with students and parents
Keeping accurate online records of student progress and goals on a weekly basis
Providing clear verbal and written feedback to parents
Working up to 3 sessions per day
Your requirements
Tertiary qualification in Teaching or Education (or a related field)
Current Working With Children Check
Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
Positive, vibrant personality
Confidence using computers
Genuine love of teaching and helping students learn
Reliable, highly organised, and strong attention to detail

Above-award casual pay — $52.50 per hour / $70 per lesson

Hours of work
We teach students after school on weekdays and Saturday morning.
Monday - Thursday
Lesson 1- 3:30pm to 4:30pm
Lesson 2- 4:40pm to 5:40pm
Lesson 3- 5:50pm to 6:50pm
Saturday
Lesson 1- 9:00am to 10:00am
Lesson 2- 10:10am to 11:10am
The ideal candidate will be available at least two days per week. As most students prefer earlier sessions, availability for at least the first two lessons each day is preferred.
