Finance Operations Specialist

Our client, Samsung Ads, is looking for a highly organised and driven Finance Operations Specialist to support partner onboarding, payment operations and cross functional coordination on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, innovative streaming business and play a key role in supporting operational excellence across the team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of partners, including legal, tax and banking documentation.
• Act as the primary liaison for vendor onboarding and payment-related enquiries.
• Review and reconcile invoices against revenue reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance and payment teams to ensure timely processing and issue resolution.
• Provide clear updates to partners and stakeholders on payment status.
• Support ad-hoc operational and marketing initiatives as required.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related discipline.
• Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Solutions-focused, resilient and proactive in solving problems.
• Comfortable working with financial data, reporting and budgets.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
