We’re partnering with a highly regarded, purpose-driven organisation that has experienced major growth and is investing heavily in its technology environment. They’ve created this brand-new role because the existing infrastructure team needs another experienced Engineer, someone who can jump in, own technical challenges, and help shape the future.

You’ll work across a diverse technology landscape spanning cloud, infrastructure, networking, cyber security and modern workplace platforms.

What you'll be doing

• Owning complex infrastructure and systems escalations
• Administering and optimising Microsoft 365 environments (Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Teams)
• Supporting server infrastructure, storage, backup and DR environments
• Managing multi-site networking and Wi-Fi environments
• Driving cyber security initiatives and controls
• Contributing to projects, upgrades and future-state planning
• Improving documentation and lifting overall technical maturity
• Working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders

What we're looking for

Stakeholder engagement is key. You enjoy troubleshooting across multiple technologies, you’re comfortable with ambiguity, and you can operate without a perfect runbook sitting in front of you.

You'll bring:

5+ years in infrastructure or systems engineering roles

Strong Microsoft 365 and cloud experience

Windows Server expertise

Networking capability (multi-site environments ideal)

Cyber security exposure

A proactive mindset and ability to solve problems independently

Strong communication skills
