Program Technical Director

Urgent requirement of Program Technical Director - Perm/Contract- Perth

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of progressive experience across software engineering, technical architecture, and systems integration.
• Must have 3+ years in a technical leadership role (e.g., Director, Principal Architect, Engineering Manager) delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering consumer-facing or enterprise-grade digital platforms where performance and user engagement are critical success metrics.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical leadership audiences.
• Should be AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) and/or Adobe Certified Master (AEM Architect).
• Should have experience within higher education, edtech, or highly regulated, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR and local privacy laws) relating to student and user data.
• Very Good Communcation Skills.

Duration: Permanent / 6 Months and possible extension
