Your skills and experience

To be successful in the role, you will be an experienced Trainer in Open Cut Mining operations and have:

• Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment TAE40116
• Previous experience in providing training on open cut mine sites
• RII competencies for a broad range of production equipment
• NSW Drivers' Licence

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Trainers/Assessors to join our team on a permanent basis. You’ll play a key role in assessing new employees, as well as upskilling our production workforce. Your focus will be on delivering safe, effective, and engaging training to our operators, ensuring compliance with site and industry standards.
