About You

We are looking for a skilled and strategic communications professional to join our team as a PR Account Manager. You're a strategic and proactive communications professional who thrives on developing and executing PR campaigns that deliver measurable impact. You understand how PR strategies align with broader business objectives and are confident in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

As a PR Account Manager, you balance project leadership with emerging people management responsibilities. You will be responsible for the management and day-to-day execution of earned and integrated campaigns for a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C technology brands including Shopify, Mailchimp, Jabra, and Ericsson.

What You Do

As a PR Account Manager, you manage projects with a high degree of independence. You bring proven experience working on campaigns and programs across various disciplines and play a pivotal role in bridging planning to execution often needing only light senior oversight.

• You create and implement strategic communication plans that align with client business goals

• You cultivate existing client relationships and contribute to new business opportunities through research, proposal preparation and client engagement.

• You support and guide account teams in the development, coordination, implementation of integrated communications campaigns.

• You mentor and guide junior consultants fostering their skills development and strengthening team capability

• You monitor account performance and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support retention

What You Offer

• You have a minimum of 3-4 years of agency experience in communications consulting, preferably in corporate and technology practices

• You have a clear understanding of how to drive creative integrated campaigns

• You demonstrate emerging leadership skills with the ability to guide junior team members and collaborate effectively across teams

• You have a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships contributing to satisfaction and retention

• Proven experience of building and managing positive client relationships

• You work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

• You demonstrate enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
