Job purpose

We're looking for a commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to own and grow our paid and organic digital channels. You'll plan, execute and optimise campaigns across paid social, paid search, SEO, SEM and Influencers – collaborating with external agencies and internal teams to drive real, measurable results.

This is a mid-level role sitting within the Marketing team, suited to someone who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on channel expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. This is a real opportunity to make an impact with a critical growth lever as we scale the Blue Light Card business.

Duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Social: Launch and optimise paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others relevant to our audience. Manage budgets, targeting, creative testing, and performance reporting.

  • Paid Search (Google Ads / SEM): Drive Google Ads strategy across Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns. Write copy, manage bids and continuously improve performance

  • SEO: Partner with our SEO agency to develop and execute an organic search strategy including on-page optimisation, technical SEO and content collaboration to grow rankings and traffic.

  • Performance Reporting: Build dashboards, track KPIs across all channels and deliver clear actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Budget Management: Manage channel budgets effectively, driving sustainable acquisition with a clear focus on CAC, LTV and ROI

  • Testing & Optimisation: Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.

  • Agency Management: Act as the day-to-day point of contact for external Content, SEO, and Influencer agencies. Brief, manage, and evaluate agency output to ensure quality, alignment with brand and performance goals, and value for money.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media, or a closely related role

  • Proven track record managing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager essential; LinkedIn, TikTok a plus)

  • Strong Google Ads experience across Search and Display

  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)

  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar)

  • Experience managing meaningful media budgets
