The Role

We’re looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our collaborative Agile engineering team. In this role, you’ll help design, build, and maintain scalable applications and services that power critical parts of our platform.

You’ll work closely with Product Owners, QA Engineers, Architects, and fellow developers to transform business requirements into high-quality technical solutions that deliver real value to customers.

What You’ll Do

• Develop modern backend services and RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Core
• Build clean, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with engineering best practices
• Contribute to application architecture discussions and technical solution design
• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and collaborative technical discussions
• Support testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution activities
• Work within CI/CD pipelines and modern cloud-native delivery environments
• Collaborate with Product Owners and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality product outcomes
• Contribute positively to team culture, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Explore and adopt modern development tooling, including AI-assisted engineering workflows where appropriate

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong experience with C# and .NET Core
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Experience using Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Understanding of microservices and SaaS-based architectures
• Interest in modern engineering tooling, including AI/LLM-assisted development workflows
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
• A genuine passion for learning, improving, and contributing to a strong engineering culture
