Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Product Owner / AI Engagement Lead:

• Partner with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, assess current capabilities, and evaluate innovative solutions that align with strategic business objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of intelligent workflows that leverage AI technologies to automate processes, improve decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Design and deliver AI-enabled services that integrate seamlessly with digital platforms and enterprise systems, with a strong focus on scalability, user experience, and operational performance.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI initiatives, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value and support organisational goals.
• Collaborate across technical and business teams to drive AI adoption, service innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Managing Large-Scale Programs: Experience with managing large-scale, complex technical programs, including a strong focus on networking, cloud services, data center operations, and virtualization technologies.
• Technical Solution Design: Experience in translating system and operational requirements into robust technical solutions, driving the design and implementation of scalable architectures.
• Technical Risk Management: Experience with managing technical risks, resource allocation, and financial considerations to ensure timely delivery within scope and meeting the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience leading technical discussions as a cross-functional partner, providing thought leadership during product reviews and designing and implementing process and strategy frameworks.
• Technical Strategy Execution: Experience in ensuring seamless integration and execution of technical strategies across multidisciplinary teams, maintaining effective communication plans with all stakeholders.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Deep Networking Knowledge: Experience with networking technologies, including architecture, protocols, and security measures, is beneficial for this role.
• Cloud Services Expertise: Familiarity with cloud services, including migration, deployment, and management, can be advantageous in managing large-scale technical programs.
• Data Center Operations: Experience with data center operations, including infrastructure management, capacity planning, and disaster recovery, can be valuable in ensuring seamless integration and execution of technical strategies.
