Based in Brisbane, Shell Energy is seeking a Marketing Specialist responsible for delivering customer marketing, campaign execution and management, and customer communications for the Shell Energy B2B Retail business and at a Group level.
The role supports brand awareness and market consideration, contributes to customer retention, and delivers marketing activity across:
- Large Business Electricity
- Multi-site SME Electricity
- Large Business Gas
With respect, integrity and honesty you will
- Deliver customer marketing activities, campaigns and communications aligned to B2B objectives
- Develop and manage marketing content, campaigns, events and customer communications
- Contribute to the annual B2B Marketing Strategy and Marketing Activity Plan
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to deliver campaigns and creative assets
- Apply customer insights and buying behaviour to inform messaging and campaign design
- Work with Digital teams to optimise campaign performance and channel effectiveness
- Monitor campaign budgets and support return on marketing investment
- Ensure marketing outputs meet brand standards and compliance requirements
- Provide reporting and analysis on campaign performance and effectiveness

- Build and maintain strong working relationships across Shell Energy and Global teams
Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:
- Experience delivering customer-focused marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives (B2B desirable)
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and measuring performance outcomes
- Ability to manage campaign budgets and approval processes in a complex organisation
- Experience in marketing content development and event delivery
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong copywriting capability
- Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent experience
Desirable
Experience in the retail energy or B2B market
Understanding of energy regulations, marketing compliance, and industry codes
Membership with Australian Direct Marketing Association (ADMA)
